A breach of any of these Terms may result in immediate termination of your access to our services.

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, including colours and dimensions. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display will be an exact representation of the product. All products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders at our sole discretion. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

All prices on our website are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, though any price changes will not affect orders already placed.

Payment must be received in full before your order is dispatched. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and any other payment methods displayed at checkout. Your credit card information is never stored by us — all payment processing is handled securely by our payment provider.

We offer shipping within Australia and internationally. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are indicative only — we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.

For international orders, please note that customs duties, import taxes, and local charges may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping costs. Étui is not responsible for any packages held, delayed, or returned by customs authorities.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@etui.com.au with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of use, damage, or has been removed from its original packaging in a way that affects its condition.

All Étui products are covered by the consumer guarantees set out in the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)). Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

In addition to your statutory rights, Étui offers a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, negligence, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, designs, trademarks, and software — is the property of Étui or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, copy, or use any content from this website without our prior written consent.

The Étui name, the É monogram, the fleur-de-lis design, and all associated brand marks are trademarks of Étui. Unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

If you submit a review, comment, photograph, or any other content to our website or social media channels, you grant Étui a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content for marketing and promotional purposes. You represent that any content you submit does not infringe the rights of any third party.

We reserve the right to remove any user content that we consider to be unlawful, offensive, misleading, or otherwise in breach of these Terms.

You must not use this website for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful code or malware, to interfere with the website’s operation, to copy or scrape content, or to infringe the intellectual property rights of Étui or any third party. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the website if you breach these provisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Étui’s liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of our website or products is limited to the purchase price of the relevant product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded or limited by agreement.
