Orders & Shipping
How long will my order take to arrive?
Australian orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location. International orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days, with delivery times varying by country (usually 7–21 business days).
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and local fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping within Australia on all orders. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to track your delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please email us at hello@etui.com.au with your order number.
Can I exchange my case for a different design or phone model?
Yes. Please contact us at hello@etui.com.au within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability. Return shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
What if my case arrives damaged or faulty?
We are sorry to hear that. Please email us at hello@etui.com.au with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

What phones do your cases fit?
Our cases are available for iPhone 13 through to iPhone 17 Pro Max, including all standard, Plus, Pro, and Pro Max models. We are continually expanding our range — if your model is not listed, please get in touch.
Are your cases MagSafe compatible?
Yes. All Étui cases feature built-in MagSafe compatibility for wireless charging and MagSafe accessories.
How protective are your cases?
Our cases are dual-layer construction with a hard outer shell and silicone interior. They feature raised bezels around the camera and screen for additional protection. While our cases provide excellent everyday protection, no case is indestructible — we recommend handling your phone with care.
What does the packaging look like?
Every Étui case comes presented in our signature magnetic box with a crème linen-textured exterior, dark brown suede-lined interior, the É monogram, fleur-de-lis corner detailing, and a satin ribbon pull tab. It is designed to feel like a gift from the moment you receive it.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed securely through our encrypted payment system.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We do not store your credit card information. All payments are processed through our secure payment provider using SSL encryption. Your financial data is never accessible to us.
